When will my order ship?

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. However, during busy sales periods and holiday seasons, the processing time may be extended to 72 hours due to high order volumes.

Duties and taxes

No Duties & Taxes on Shipments Within the EU or Switzerland.

Orders outside of Switzerland and the EU may be subject to VAT, other taxes, and import duties once it reaches your country. MIHARO ships international orders with duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect VAT, other taxes, or import duties. If a parcel is rejected on arrival what will the process be?

If your shipment is rejected due to unpaid VAT and/or import duties, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund you the amount paid, minus the original shipping cost.
