Refund policy
- Miharo wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or have second thoughts, we offer returns for a full refund for up to 30 days after purchasing.
- All items returned must be in their original condition, with tags attached, including the hygiene seal. We can not accept returns of tampered or worn goods.
- Please try on all items over underwear for sanitation purposes. Before returning your item(s), please email us at returns@shopmiharo.com to tell us the reason of your return.
- Please ensure that you use an insured and trackable delivery method as Miharo is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
- Please keep tracking details for your records.
- Be sure to include the order slip in the package and send it to the address provided. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been processed.
- All refunds will be issued to the card on file. Please allow 3-5 business days to process.
