Scope of application
The General terms of conditions apply to all products and services offered by the company Miharo Trading GmbH.
Prices
Basis of our pricing are Swiss Francs and include VAT (where applicable).
Conclusion of contract
The presentation on our websites does not represent a legally binding offer. When ordering via our homepage, you place a binding order for the desired goods by clicking the button "buy now". An automatically generated order confirmation does not mean that a contract has actually been concluded between the seller and buyer. The contract is binding, first after we have received the payment, after which the customer cannot withdraw their order.
Delivery
We work to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays (postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather). If the item is in stock, the delivery time is a maximum of 10 days after receipt of payment.
We use Swiss Post for delivery within Switzerland and DHL or Fedex for packages going abroad
Gift Voucher and Gift Cards
Discount codes are not applicable to reduced items. Discount codes can unfortunately not be taken into account after the order has been placed. Price reduced merchandise cannot be returned.
Miharo Trading GmbH reserves the right to cancel any Gift Vouchers on its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Terms of payment
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We first ship your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon placement of your order.
We accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Paypal
Liability
Transport damages caused by the 3rd party service providers are not covered by Miharo Trading GmbH. Once the goods have been handed over to the post office or the logistics service provider (DHL or Fedex), we disclaim any liability.
Your data
Customer data will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to third parties in exceptional cases, see section “Privacy Policy”.
Product care
Please follow the care instructions on the label on the inside of the product. If care instructions are ignored or carried out incorrectly, the product quality may change. Please find more information about product conditions before returning on our return and refund page.
Complaints
Please get in touch with us if you have any complaints and need to speak to us. Contact us via info@shopmiharo.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these general T&Cs be unlawful, void or for any other reason be unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these general T&Cs shall remain unaffected.
Legal Stuff
These terms and our dealings with you are subject to Swiss law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
