How do I start my return request?

We apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your order. At Miharo, we value sustainability and aim to minimize returns to promote environmentally friendly practices. If you need to return an item, please contact us at returns@shopmiharo.com and let us know the reason for the return.

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact. For hygienic reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. underwear on while trying it on.

When will my order be shipped out?

US Shipping

FedEx: 3–5 business days — Free Shipping

(Please note: All US orders ship with full tracking and no duties or additional fees.)

International Shipping

FedEx: 3–7 business days — Free Shipping

(Please note: Transit times may vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Duties and taxes may apply.)

Will I have to pay taxes/duties?

When entering the destination country, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. In the event that you refuse to pay these charges and your parcel is returned to us, please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

As a legal obligation, Miharo must declare the full value paid on shipments and include an invoice for customs if required.

Can I change my order?

Thank you for placing an order with us! We process orders promptly, which means we are unable to make any changes once your order is placed. This includes changes to shipping/billing addresses, shipping methods, promo codes, as well as adding, removing, or altering items in your order.

What is fast fashion and why is it a problem?

Never have so many textiles been produced under inhumane and environmentally harmful conditions as today. Fast fashion brands are quick to respond to new trends, launching new collections at extremely affordable prices almost weekly. This phenomenon leads to overproduction and overconsumption.

Many customers buy new clothes every four weeks, resulting in far too many clothes being produced and bought. Overproduction leads to lower prices, poorer quality and thousands of garments that end up in landfills, are burned and pollute our rivers and oceans. The fast fashion industry is the second largest polluter in the world.
