Returns & Refunds

At Miharo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you change your mind, we gladly accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and hygiene seals attached.
We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
For hygiene reasons, please try on all garments over underwear.

How to Return

Before sending your item(s) back, please email us at returns@shopmiharo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Use an insured and trackable shipping method, as Miharo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please include your order slip inside the package and ship it to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
Keep your tracking details for your records.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
