We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. However, during busy sales periods and holiday seasons, the processing time may be extended to 72 hours due to high order volumes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

No Duties & Taxes on Shipments Within the EU or Switzerland.

Orders outside of Switzerland and the EU may be subject to VAT, other taxes, and import duties once it reaches your country. MIHARO ships international orders with duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect VAT, other taxes, or import duties. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on international shipments. If your shipment is rejected due to unpaid VAT and/or import duties, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund you the amount paid, minus the original shipping cost.
