At Miharo, we strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, please allow up to 72 hours for processing due to higher order volumes. We always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. Transparency and communication are at the heart of our service.

International Express Shipping
DHL or FedEx Express: 3–7 business days — 20 CHF

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and local taxes, which are applied once your package reaches your country. Miharo ships all international orders duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect these charges at checkout.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs or import fees, it will be sent back to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
